Healthy Food Recipes
Does anyone know any healthy food recipes?
I have to make a healthy food for health class. I have health 4th period, which means it has to last 2 – 3 hours without refrigeration in New Jersey heat. (Which is usually high 80′s, low 90′s now a days.)
Does anyone know what my group and I can make?
It can not have Pecans in it. Some girl in the class is allergic. I prefer nothing with nuts just in case.
Something without dairy preferably so it doesn’t spoil.
Any ideas? points to who gives us the idea we choose.
Oh and they must be vegetarian!
well I dont really know what sort of dish you are going for. I have a recipe website with some healthy recipes on it. I don’t want to take up a bunch of room posting recipes you don’t want to use so I will list them and post links if they are something you would like to do.
Fruit, Yogurt and spinach blender drinks
Banana Bluberry muffins
Walnut chocolate chip cookies with a days supply of omega 3
There are many others on there, but I thought you could make the drinks in class, and the cookies and muffins would travel well. There are also lots of salads to choose from.
